a thought leader and innovator, is co-founder and principal of Accelerate Business Development Services, LLC.
Greg grew up on a farm and began his professional career at a small company in the additive manufacturing and automation industry.
Prior to and during his first few years of university education, he participated in the process optimization of blown-film extrusion and in the development of automated flexographic packaging machines.
In addition to participating in the engineering aspects of these projects, he was instrumental in defining intellectual property and leading the prior art discovery.
These early life experiences solidified Greg’s innovation and growth mindset.
Greg earned B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Physics at the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse and a Ph.D. at the Pennsylvania State University.
He is recognized as the only doctoral student to have successfully proposed and been awarded federal agency funding for innovative programmatic development – not once, but twice.
Greg applied his inventive and “outside the box” approach at a United States national laboratory, contributing to the science-based stewardship of America’s nuclear weapons arsenal.
During this time, he was at the forefront of several programmatic and related developments encompassing applied sciences, process development, manufacturing, regulatory engagement, and risk mitigation.
Greg then returned to private industry with a company that was recovering from bankruptcy; he accepted a challenging position as a product manager and marketing manager, employing his discovery-driven process and leadership to attain strategic alignment.
He built and managed a successful product portfolio and led in new market development, customer engagement, and fulfillment.
Greg is a founding member of the Twin Cities Fractional Authority – an association of consulting experts from various disciplines.
His efforts have produced numerous inventions, patents, and trade secrets, with a commensurate impact on revenue and profit.
